     I have been  a  Certified Nurse Practitioner since 2015, practicing in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan.  I have practiced in a variety of healthcare settings including the emergency room, the hospital, occupational medicine, house call medicine, and outpatient practice.  My practice, Nurse Practitioner Services of Michiana, was created based on my broad range of experience and my mission to provide patients individualized care in their home. Instead of going to an office to see a provider (nurse practitioner or doctor), I come to your home.  Your home can include a house, an apartment, or an assisted living facility/home. You do not need to be “homebound” to have a visit at home.  I accept IN and MI Medicare, IN and MI Medicaid, Medicare Supplements, and Commercial Insurance.  I also offer a monthly cash payment plan or one time fee if I do not accept your insurance or if your deductible is high.  I also offer virtual or telehealth visits to any resident in Indiana and Michigan over the age of 18.
